The project
More than a pop-up event
WA 和 — With Artists is a multicultural creative platform designed to bring together artists, designers, makers and independent creators through pop-up events, shared visibility and long-term collaboration.
Each pop-up brings together artists, designers and makers from different backgrounds and creative disciplines in a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Many talented emerging creatives find it difficult to access retail spaces in Paris because of high participation fees, commissions, limited networks or a lack of visibility. This project offers a more human, inclusive and community-led alternative.
The experience does not end when the pop-up closes. Rather than a one-off where creators sell and are then forgotten, WA 和 keeps going — continued promotion, future editions, collaborations, and an online platform where artists stay visible.
A place to meet.A place to share.A place to grow together.
Mission
To create accessible opportunities for independent creatives to present their work, connect with new audiences and build meaningful long-term relationships within a diverse creative community.
Vision
To grow WA 和 into a continuous platform connecting physical pop-up events, online visibility, creative collaborations and opportunities for artists to develop beyond a single weekend.

An artist-led event
WA 和 — With Artists is organised by Tanowa Tomiyama, an independent designer and creative entrepreneur based in Paris.
Drawing on her own pop-up experience, Tanowa understands the challenges emerging creatives face, from high costs and limited visibility to the lack of support after an event.
WA 和 was created to offer artists, designers and makers a transparent, welcoming and professionally organised space to showcase their work, meet new audiences and build lasting connections.
This first edition is the beginning of a long-term platform for visibility, collaboration and creative community.
