FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does booking cost anything?
Filling in the form is free. Payment comes at the end of it, from your own space — and you choose then whether to pay in full or leave a deposit.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. You keep 100% of your own sales. Our revenue comes only from the participation fee.
How do I take customer payments?
Each participant takes their own payments, uses their own terminal, issues their own receipts, handles their own refunds and declares their own sales. The organiser does not collect participants' customer payments into one account.
Is furniture provided?
No. Tables, racks, hangers, mirrors and display furniture are not included and you must bring your own equipment. A limited optional furniture service may be announced later for an additional fee, once supplier costs are known.
Is my payment protected?
Yes. In the unlikely event that we cannot run the edition, every amount collected is refunded in full.
Can I cancel after the event is confirmed?
After official confirmation, cancelling does not automatically create a right to a refund. If an approved replacement participant is found and pays in full, the organiser may refund you minus unrecoverable payment-processing or administration costs, where legally permitted. Places cannot be privately resold or transferred.
Do I need insurance?
You are responsible for insuring your own products and equipment. The overnight alarm reduces risk but the organiser and the venue are not the insurers of your stock. High-value items and cash must be removed overnight. Proof of professional liability insurance may be requested.
What space do I get, and where?
An allocated area is confirmed in your agreement. The exact position depends on the final floor plan, so no particular spot is guaranteed unless we agree it in writing. Aisles, doors and emergency exits must stay clear, and nothing may be drilled, nailed or glued to the venue.
What am I responsible for?
Your own sales, receipts, customer service and refunds. Your own taxes and social declarations. Your own stock, insurance and card terminal. Your own furniture and setup, including anyone helping you. And leaving your space clean, within the setup and dismantling times.
How will you use my images?
Your logo, brand name and the product images you send are used to promote the event. Anything broader needs your separate permission. Visitors may photograph during the event — a notice is displayed on site — and portraits are never used in paid advertising without clear permission.
Could I be asked to leave?
Only for cause: non-payment, false information in your booking, an unsafe setup, illegal products, serious misconduct, or repeatedly refusing to follow the venue's rules. We also ask that stands are not left unattended for long periods.

This page is a summary in plain language. The participation agreement you sign is the binding document and prevails in the event of any difference.
